A Resort of Style and Grandeur
DCPA has been engaged to provide various legal services to RiverWalk at Loon Mountain.
The Project is planned to be a first-class, 170-unit, mixed-use resort development, located in Lincoln, New Hampshire with direct access to Loon Mountain.
RiverWalk will be located between the Pemigewassett River and the Kancamagus Scenic By-Way (Rt. 112) near the base of South Mountain.
RiverWalk will include 170 fully furnished private suites, sold as fractional ownership interests, restaurants, retail shops, a conference center, a year-round heated outdoor pool, and a health club with the largest spa hot tub in New Hampshire, next to a 400-seat theater with a ski lift to the base of South Mountain.*
DCPA services will include project construction, financing, approval changes and related legal work.
